Sustainable by Design – FeltVibe® Panels

FeltVibe® acoustic panels are crafted from 100% PET fiber, with approximately 60% sourced from recycled plastic water bottles. Each panel actively contributes to environmental recovery:
 
  • 9mm panel = ~166 recycled PET bottles
  • 12mm panel = ~318 recycled PET bottles
Our manufacturing process is exceptionally clean and eco-friendly. Using advanced needle-punch and thermo-bonding technology, we eliminate the need for adhesives, significantly reduce energy use, and generate: FeltVibe® is more than a product—it’s a commitment to sustainability, acoustical performance, and clean design innovation.

Generating our own energy is a significant part of our responsibility towards both our environment and future. At Felt Vibe®, we are taking meaningful steps toward a sustainable future by utilizing Rooftop Solar Energy in our facility. With a roof area of 20.000m, a DC power capacity of 1.952.5 kWp, an AC power capacity of 1.430 kWe, and 3.929 solar panels, we achieve an annual reduction of 957.6 tons of CO2 emissions.

This is equivalent to the environmental benefit of 43.527 trees and meets the annual energy consumption of 598 households. As Felt Vibe®, we remain committed to contributing to a sustainable future through responsible production.

Felt Vibe®’s Arketa PET Felts collections are all made from post consumer recycled plastic drink bottles, diverted from landfill.

The discarded drink bottles are cleaned and cut into flakes before being melted and extruded into fibers of natural white color.

The regenerated fibers are clean and odorless like virgin fibers.

The regenerated fibers are then colored or printed and used to construct brand new products like, panels and baffles.
