Las balas se abren, las botellas se lavan y se clasifican. Unas potentes cuchillas giratorias las trituran en copos de aproximadamente 1 cm, mientras el sistema filtra las impurezas restantes. En un solo paso de moldeado, una m\u00e1quina de prensado 3D transforma una l\u00e1mina de fieltro plana en una pieza fuerte y estable, al tiempo que mantiene su textura suave, similar a la lana.
