ARKETA BASIC-FR (Base Material) Class A Fire Rated Acoustic PET Felt Panel
ARKETA, kalınlık, yoğunluk ve akustik performansta yüksek çeşitliliğe olanak tanıyan katmanlı yapısıyla yüksek performanslı bir ses emicidir. Beş standart nötr renkte sunulan ARKETA, tek ya da çift taraflı olarak herhangi bir ARKETA akustik keçe katmanıyla birleştirildiğinde, üstün performanslı bir SATIS akustik levha haline gelir.
E-ticaret dağıtım depoları gibi endüstriyel alanlar için ARKETA, SATIS yüzey olmadan “yalın” şekilde sipariş edilebilir ve duvar ile tavanlara boşluksuz şekilde doğrudan monte edilebilir. Bu uygulamada, seçilen kalınlık ve yoğunluğa bağlı olarak 0.42 NRC'ye kadar ses emilim seviyesi sağlar. ARKETA’nın doğal bir “yüzey derisi” bulunur; bu da kolay temizlenebilirlik sağlar. 0 PET elyaftan üretilen ARKETA’nın en az ’ı geri dönüştürülmüş plastik şişelerden elde edilir. ASTM E84 Fire Test Standard
FSI (Flame Spread Index):
The Flame Spread Index (FSI) measures
the speed at which flames spread across a material during a fire. In ASTm E84 testing, a lower FSI value indicates better resistance to flame spread. materials with an FSI value between 0 and 25 are generally considered fire-resistant or exhibit low flame spread. For example, a material with an FSI of 5 would have very low flame spread.
SDI (Smoke Developed Index):
The Smoke Developed Index (SDI) refers to the amount of smoke produced during a fire. Values close to 0 indicate that the material produces very little smoke when burning. A material with an SDI of 0 produces the least smoke.
Based on these values, a material with an FSI of 5 and an SDI of 0, such as acoustic felt, would be classified as highly fire-resistant and producing minimal smoke during combustion.
Conclusion:
The product whose test results are given above meets Class A criteria according to ASTm E84 Standard.
The test results relate to the behaviour of the test specimen of a product under the conditions of the test; they are not intended to be the sole criterion for assessing the potential fire hazard of the product of use. The results of tests are concerned only with the subject of testing.
The protocol shall not be reproduced except in full without the written approval of the testing laboratory.
Brand, type, quality and dimension information of the components, when it is not possible to be verified by the laboratory, are given according to the sponsor’s declaration and the responsibility belongs to the sponsor. The test specimens are tested as received from the sponsor (when the laboratory does not carry out sampling).
