Sustainable by Design – FeltVibe® Panels

FeltVibe® acoustic panels are made from 100% PET fiber, with approximately 60% sourced from recycled plastic water bottles. Our clean manufacturing process uses needle-punch and thermo-bonding technology, eliminating the need for adhesives while reducing energy consumption.

We continue to produce while contributing to a sustainable future.

Generating our own energy is a significant part of our responsibility towards both our environment and future. At Felt Vibe®, we are taking meaningful steps toward a sustainable future by utilizing Rooftop Solar Energy in our facility. With a roof area of 20.000m, a DC power capacity of 1.952.5 kWp, an AC power capacity of 1.430 kWe, and 3.929 solar panels, we achieve an annual reduction of 957.6 tons of CO2 emissions.

This is equivalent to the environmental benefit of 43.527 trees and meets the annual energy consumption of 598 households. As Felt Vibe®, we remain committed to contributing to a sustainable future through responsible production.
