Product Care Instructions

Handling:
Before using our products, ensure your hands are clean and free of oils. We recommend wearing gloves to prevent the transfer of oils or contaminants.

Cleaning:

Dust:
Apply compressed air or vacuum with light pressure.

Stain:
Apply a small amount of warm soapy water for stain cleaning and dry. Use a soap that is safe for polyester. For thorough cleaning, disassemble the product and steam clean. Ensure the steam temperature does not exceed 118°C (245°F).

Guarantee

Felt Vibe® guarantees all our products against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, alteration, improper installation, inappropriate cleaning, spills/stains, or mold/mildew. Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for repair or replacement at the discretion of Felt Vibe®. Repairs/replacements within the warranty period incur no additional cost to the customer.

Cleanability

PET can be cleaned and disinfected to meet the CDC guidelines for killing and preventing viruses (such as Covid-19)

Visible dust or dirt embedded in the material can be loosened with a bristle brush and then removed with a vacuum.

Stains can be removed with lint- free cloth with a mild detergent or soap and water solution.

A mild detergent or soap and water with a hand spray application can be used to help remove spills.

For disinfection, common household EPA-registered disinfectants should be effective. The disinfectant can be generously applied to the surface of the PET felt with a hand spray applicator.
